摘  要：自从我国教育部提出了“立德树人”人才培养目标后，各学科教师便应主动设计德育目标，将德育与智育活动结合起来。其中，小学道德与法治课程是实施德育的主要课程，更应该确定德育为首的课程目标，让学生全面接受德育熏陶，使其渐渐形成高尚的道德情操，切实健全学生的人格，有效保护学生的身心健康。本文也将客观分析如何真正通过道德与法治课程教育实施德育，指引小学道德与法治教师自觉落实德育目标。

【Abstract】Since my countrys Ministry of Education put forward the goal of “cultivating people with morality”，teachers of various disciplines should actively design moral education goals and combine moral education with intellectual education activities. Among them，the primary school ethics and rule of law courses are the main courses for implementing moral education. Moral education should be the main curriculum goal，so that students can fully accept moral education，so that they can gradually form noble moral sentiments，effectively improve students personality，and effectively protect students body and mind. health. This article will also objectively analyze how to truly implement moral education through moral and rule of law curriculum education，and guide primary school moral and rule of law teachers to consciously implement the goals of moral education.

就目前来说，小学生的品格发育、心理健康情况并不乐观，一方面是因为现在社会环境比较复杂，学生从小生活在物欲横行的社会环境下，有可能接触了不良思想，产生了错误的道德认知，甚至养成了不良的行为习惯。另一方面，则是因为小学生本身便承受着一定学习压力、成长压力，产生了一些心理问题。除此之外，小学生与家长相处的方式、学校生活经历等都会影响着他们的处事方式，每一个因素都会影响着学生的精神生活。但是，小学生又正处于初步形成价值观的成长阶段，所以，小学道德与法治教师要真正关注学生的德育認知，利用本课程的思想教育、品格熏陶作用去启迪学生，让学生尽早养成良好的道德行为习惯，树立正确的价值观。具体来说，小学道德与法治教师可尝试从以下几个角度来渗透德……
