摘  要：留守儿童由于缺乏父母的照顾，由隔代亲人进行管教，由于教育观念和道德水平的落后，许多农村留守儿童从小没有受到正确的引导，在成长过程中更容易受到外界诱惑的干扰。因此为提高对留守儿童教育问题的关注，笔者探寻了隔代教育出现的突出问题，结合互联网+背景下对远程教育的运用，依据留守儿童特殊情况实施科学合理的课程规划，帮助农村留守儿童在规范的行为指导和科学的教学引导下树立良好道德规范。

【Abstract】 Left-behind children are not cared for by their parents and are under the control of their next-generation relatives. Due to the backward educational concepts and moral standards，many left-behind children are not properly guided from an early age，Left-behind children in China said，they are more likely to be distracted by temptations as they grow up. Therefore，in order to raise the concern on the education of left-behind children，the author explores the prominent problems in the alternate-generation education，combines the application of distance education under the background of Internet + ，and implements scientific and reasonable curriculum planning according to the special situation of left-behind children，to help the Left-behind children in China establish good moral standards under the guidance of normative behavior and scientific teaching.

近年来，农村留守儿童的教育问题成为限制我国教育水平发展的重要因素之一，留守儿童因为隔代教育造成道德水平及科学素质不高，在教育中容易产生厌学行为，甚至沾染不良嗜好。因此规范化地培养农村留守儿童，成为缩小城镇教育水平差异，提高全民素质的重要举措。随着信息化技术的发展，远程教学模式消除了空间阻隔，因此借助互联网技术指导农村留守儿童隔代家庭教育，成为解决农村留守儿童问题的关键，结合家长远程互动的基础上让留守儿童重获失去的父母关爱。

1.农村隔代家庭教育存在的突出问题

（1）隔代家庭教育溺爱过度，造成儿童道德水平滑坡

许多农村留守儿童由爷爷奶奶代为监管，由于老年人在道德水平和知识储备方面与时代发展有较大的代沟。因此隔代亲属在管教儿童时，容易对孩子过度溺爱，这就造成许多留守儿童在成长过程中道德水平严重滑坡。……
