摘  要：科学技术的进步，推动了信息技术开始走进初中课堂，促使传统单纯依靠教师讲解的教学模式逐渐向多媒体教学和微课教学模式转变，这种教学模式需要教师具备一定的信息技术和专业教学知识作为基础，才能有效开展信息化教学。其中微课教学将传统的课程教学模式和多媒体课程教学模式进行了浓缩，是教师科学高效教学强有力的武器，但是其也有一定的局限性，因此需要教师科学利用，合理进行，深入把握微课的特征和功能，让其全面的为课堂服务，为学生学习服务。

【Abstract】The progress of science and technology，promote the information technology entered junior high school classroom，to rely on teachers explain the traditional teaching mode to multi-media teaching and micro teaching mode change，this kind of teaching mode requires teachers to have certain information technology and teaching professional knowledge as the foundation，to effectively develop the informationization teaching. Including micro teaching the traditional teaching mode and enrichment for the multimedia teaching pattern，is scientific and efficient teaching powerful weapon，but it also has certain limitations，so you need to teachers use of science，reasonable，in-depth grasp the features and functions of micro class，let its comprehensive service for the classroom，learning services for students.

初中數学是初中重要的基础学科之一，初中数学新课程标准提出教师在教学时需要发挥数学教学面向全体学生，旨在引导学生在多样化的思考中探究性的学习，且在生活实际中发现数学真理，在生活中总结真理。初中阶段属于义务性教育阶段，因为强制性的教学导致生源质量不一，且因为沿袭传统的课堂授课模式，导致学生对数学抱有错误的认知观念，这也导致课堂教学效率低下。后期，对着现代化的推进，教师思想有所改变，开始出现了翻转课堂和微课教学、多媒体教学等，这些帮助教师改变了教学方法，创新了师生观念，是被广泛应用的教学方法之一。

1.微课教学的内涵

随着学术界研究力度的加大，微课教学逐渐浮出教育界，胡铁生研究并提出了微课教学新教学模式，他观念下的微课符合中小学生的课程开发的规律。……
