摘  要：著名的教育学者班巴斯坦说过：“学生可以在作业当中获取到最佳的学习成效。”可见，作业对于学生学习的辅助性是非常大的。虽然我们提倡“减负提效”，但并不意味作业就应该被取消，作业对学生的促进作用是无可替代的。但作业既不可过多，也不可无，如何衡量作业的价值，如何科学设计作业，就成为了我们新时代教师研究的重点。下文从初中数学作业设计切入，基于分层教学理念探究农村初中数学作业分层的意义，重点解读农村初中数学作业分层设计策略以及应该遵循的原则。

【Abstract】The famous educator ban Bastian said： "students can get the best learning results in their homework." It can be seen that homework is very helpful to students' learning. Although we advocate "reducing the burden and improving the efficiency"，it does not mean that homework should be cancelled，and the promotion of homework to students is irreplaceable. How to measure the value of homework and how to design homework scientifically have become the focus of teachers' research in the new era. This paper starts from the junior high school mathematics homework design，based on the hierarchical teaching concept to explore the significance of rural junior high school mathematics homework stratification，focusing on the interpretation of rural junior high school mathematics homework stratification design strategy and the principles that should be followed.

作業是教育教学过程中反馈信息、巩固知识必不可少的环节，是教师与学生沟通的桥梁。作业设计合理高效既可以巩固所学知识，又能培养学生良好的学习习惯，引导学生自主、自律、自信的学习和生活，更有利于促进学生思维发展。《数学课程标准》明确要求教师要注重培养学生数学思维，要以促进学生思维发展为目标，但单靠教师课堂讲授知识就能促进学生思维发展？显然是“水中捞月”。正所谓“光说不练假把式”，只有真正让学生自己去参与、去体验、去应用，才能更真实地感受数学的魅力，运用数学思维解决实际问题。而要想实现这一目的，首先要保证作业设计的科学性，符合学生个性发展需要。所以，笔者提倡以分层设计作业为突破口，让数学作业更加人性化、个性化，以此促进学生思维发展。……
