摘  要：近些年，国家将科教兴国战略提升到前所未有的国家发展层次，实现科教兴国是中国新时代发展战略的核心所在。在新时代发展的视域下，加强幼儿园教师队伍建设可以帮助提升幼儿园的教学质量与教学水平，使得我国幼儿园教师短缺的问题得到改善，幼儿园教师队伍建设是现在中国家长普遍关注的问题，幼儿园教师队伍建设也是国家科教兴国战略的重中之重。基于此，本文在新时代背景下，加强对幼儿园教师队伍建设策略的研究。

【Abstract】In recent years，the country has elevated the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education to an unprecedented level of national development. Realizing the rejuvenation of the country through science and education is the core of Chinas development strategy for the new era. In the perspective of the development of the new era，strengthening the construction of kindergarten teachers can help improve the teaching quality and teaching level of kindergartens，and improve the shortage of kindergarten teachers in our country. The construction of kindergarten teachers is now a common concern of Chinese parents. Kindergarten teachers Team building is also the top priority of the national strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education. Based on this，this article strengthens the research on the strategy of kindergarten teacher team building under the background of the new era.

从目前来看，随着我国对幼儿园教育事业的高度重视以及科教兴国战略的有力开展，推进新时代幼儿园教师队伍的迅速建设成为教育事业发展的重点。在此过程中，幼儿园教师队伍的建设普遍存在短板，我们要加强对短板进行改善，加强幼儿园教师队伍建设路径的研究，在提高幼儿园教师队伍核心素质方面做好铺垫，大力提高幼儿园教师队伍建设策略的研究与实施，从而不断推动新时期我国幼儿园教育事业的发展，呵护祖国花朵的成长。

1.幼儿园教师队伍建设的重要性
