摘  要：教学实践表明，小学作文教学质量的提高，在很大程度上取决于学生口语和写作能力的培养。通过这种训练方法，达到了以说促写、以写促说、说写结合、相互促进的效果。从某种意义上说，这是提高作文教学质量最有效的方法。因此，作为小学语文教师，必须立足于自己的教学实践，积极探索、大胆实践，创造性地推进说写结合训练方法的应用。本文首先探讨了说写结合在语文教学法的应用价值，然后对其存在的问题进行分析，最后明确指出具体的运用方式。

【Abstract】Teaching practice shows that the improvement of the quality of elementary school composition teaching depends to a large extent on the cultivation of students' oral and writing skills. Through this training method，the effect of using speaking to promote writing，using writing to promote speaking，combining speaking and writing，and mutual promotion is achieved. In a sense，this is the most effective way to improve the quality of composition teaching. Therefore，as a primary school Chinese teacher，you must base yourself on your own teaching practice，actively explore and practice boldly，and creatively promote the application of combined speaking and writing training methods.This paper first discusses the application value of the combination of speaking and writing in Chinese teaching method，then analyzes its existing problems，and finally points out the specific application methods.

在小學起步作文教学中，由于应试教育的影响还未消除，以往的语文作文教学将小学生的写作成绩作为了提升的重点，所以将“写”作为了教学方案的重点，却没有从主观上探讨“说”这种模式在作文教学中的重要性。此类教学观念具有主观性和错误性，无法在小学阶段进行有效的作文教学。因此，本文有效的对作文教学在小学阶段的听说结合的策略进行了研究，想要以此来使作文教学在小学阶段能够得到改革，进而为学生提供全面的发展。

1.说写结合在语文教学法中具有重要意义

在小学作文教学中，必须要根据学段确定教学目标，由此能够逐步培养及提高小学生的写作能力。第一学段是“写话”，鼓励小学生用简单的语言进行表达;第二学段是鼓励学生认真观察，把看到的一些事物及想法表达出来;第三学段是写作。……
