摘要 “坚持产教融合”是实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划所要遵循的基本原则，为新时代加快推进现代职业教育发展指明了方向，提供了根本遵循。分析了高职食品生物技术专业实践教学中存在的问题，介绍了高职食品生物技术专业实践教学体系构建思路，构建了高职食品生物技术专业实践教学体系，以期为高等职业教育发展提供理论参考。

Abstract “Insist on the integration of production and education” is the basic principle to be followed in the implementation of high-level vocational schools and professional construction plans with Chinese characteristics. It has pointed out the direction and provided fundamental follow for accelerating the development of modern vocational education in the new era. This article analyzed the problems in the practice teaching of food biotechnology in higher vocational colleges， introduced the ideas for constructing a practical teaching system for food biotechnology in higher vocational colleges， and built a practical teaching system for food biotechnology in higher vocational education， hoping to provide theoretical references for the development of higher vocational education.

2019年1月，国务院印发了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》，方案中明确提出职业教育要“坚持知行合一、工学结合”、要“推动校企全面加强深度合作”、要“打造一批高水平实训基地”、要“多措并举打造‘双师型教师队伍”等重点任务[1]，并通过对这4项重点任务的改革攻坚來促进产教融合校企“双元”育人。同年3月，教育部、财政部印发了《关于实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划的意见》，其中“坚持产教融合”就是实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划所要遵循的基本原则。要求各高职学校和专业建设过程中要创新高等职业教育与产业融合发展的运行模式，精准对接区域人才需求，提升高职学校服务产业转型升级的能力，推动高职学校和行业企业形成命运共同体，为加快建设现代产业体系、增强产业核心竞争力提供有力支撑[2]。高职食品生物技术专业是一个与人们日常饮食安全密切相关的专业，具有较强的理论性和实践性。……
