摘要 畜牧学概论课程是一门覆盖畜牧产业的综合性课程，深入挖掘和分析课程内容和结构体系将有利于学生对该课程的理解和认识，提高教学效果。建立了课程“动车组模型”，分析了课程内容构成和逻辑关系，剖析了我国畜牧产业的发展特点，挖掘了产业发展中的思政元素，为教学实践和课程育人提供了新思路，为专业教育与思政教育有机融合提供了新借鉴。

Abstract “Introduction to Animal Husbandry” course is a synthetic course that covered animal husbandry industry. Exploration and analysis of the course contents and structure system will be favorable for understanding by students and improving the teaching effect. The bullet train model of this course was established. The content constitution and logical relationship of the course， and the development characteristics of animal husbandry industry in China were analyzed. The ideology and political elements were analyzed， which provided new thoughts for the teaching practice and course education， and provided references for the combination of speciality study with ideology and political education.

在新的时代背景下，专业课程不仅要承担专业人才培养的重任，而且要承担思政和德育的功能，即通过课程教与学的过程来实现价值塑造、能力培养和知识传授[1]。近年来，课程思政在新工科[2-5]、新农科[6-9]、新医科[10-11]、新文科[12]等领域开展了广泛探索与实践。习近平总书记指出“将各类课程与思想政治理论课程同向同行，形成协同效应”[13]。因此，深入挖掘专业课程中的思政元素，构建思政体系，构筑思政课程和课程思政育人新格局是每个专业课程和教学团队面临的重要任务。畜牧学概论是一门综合介绍畜牧学和畜牧产业的课程，内容覆盖了整个产业链条，深入解析该课程的内容和逻辑关系对于促进学生对课程的理解和畜牧产业的认识具有重要的现实意义。同时，系统挖掘思政元素，凝练思政要素，对于学生思政教育、培养后备畜牧业人才具有深远意义。……
