摘要 高本贯通培养的学生是本科教育中的一群特殊群体，其社会实践和科学研究能力培养是人才培养工作中的一项重要内容。以高本贯通农林专业学生为例，重点分析了其高职阶段科研创新能力培养的必要性、培养现状及影响因素，在此基础上提出了科研创新能力的培养路径。大学生创新项目、学生社团活动、大学生导师制度、校企合作横向项目等多培养路径的开展，使学生的科研创新能力得到明显提升。

Abstract The students integrated training of higher vocational and undergraduate education are a special group in undergraduate education. The cultivation of social practice and scientific research ability is an important part of the personnel training. The necessity， present situation and influencing factors of the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability in higher vocational education are analyzed by taking students majoring in agriculture and forestry integrated training of higher vocational and undergraduate education as an example. On the basis of this， the paper puts forward the way to cultivate the innovative ability of scientific research. The development of innovative projects， activities of studentsassociations， tutor system， and lateral projects of university-enterprise cooperation has promoted studentsinnovative ability in scientific research.

培养大学生的科研创新精神和能力是加强素质教育，深化教育改革的一项重要内容[1]，近年来，本科高校和高职院校都对大学生科研能力培养工作做了积极的探讨和有益的尝试，但尚处于萌芽阶段。“3+2”对口贯通分段培养（简称高本贯通培养）学生是本科教育中的一群特殊群体，对他们的社会实践和科学研究能力进行着力培养是人才培养工作中的一项重要内容。笔者以高本贯通农林专业学生为例，重点从科研创新能力培养的必要性、培养现状、影响因素及培养路径4个方面进行探析。

1 高本贯通农林专业学生科研创新能力培养的必要性

1.1 科研创新能力培养是高本贯通农林专业学生继续深造的需要
