摘  要：目的 分析某医科大学学生评价教师教学水平的影响因素，为制定学生评教方案提供参考依据。方法 采用自制的《医药类院校教师教学水平学生评价量表》（包含33个条目被划分为5个领域）对昆明医科大学的15名教师所授课班级的全体学生进行调查，让学生评价授课教师的教学水平，并对所得资料进行多重线性回归分析。结果 教师教学水平总标准分（87.10±13.27）分，教学组织标准分（86.10±15.22）分，教学内容标准分（89.25±13.67）分，教学方法标准分（84.24±15.54）分，教学态度标准分（91.50±12.74）分，教学效果标准分（84.13±17.08）分;多重线性回归分析结果显示，影响学生评价教师教学水平的因素有：对授课教师总体满意度、上课时间是1-3节、课程性质、学习兴趣、上课时间是5-7节。结论 医科大学在选择学生为评价主体进行评教前，应引导学生树立正确的评价观，减少个人喜好等主观因素对评教结果的影响，在制定评教方案时建议选择在学期中期进行评教，并按课程性质分类进行。

Abstract： Objective： To analyze the influencing factors of students' evaluation of teachers' teaching level in medical universities， and to provide reference for the formulation of students' evaluation scheme. Methods： The Student Evaluation Scale for the Teaching Level of Teachers in Medical Universities（including 33 items which are divided into 5 domains） was used to investigate all the students in the classes taught by 15 teachers in Kunming Medical University. The students were asked to evaluate the teaching level of the teaching teachers， and the data obtained were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. Results： The total standard scores of teachers' teaching level is （87.10±13.27）， and the standard scores of teaching organization， teaching content， teaching method， teaching attitude and teaching effect， in turn， are （86.10±15.22）， （86.10±15.22）， （89.25±13.67）， （91.50±12.74） and （84.13±17.08）. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the influencing factors of students' evaluation of teaching are as follows： the overall satisfaction with the teaching teachers， the class time is 1-3， the nature of the curriculum， the students' interest in learning， and the class time is 5-7. Conclusion： When selecting students as the subject of evaluation， medical universities should guide students to set up the correct evaluation view， reduce the influence of subjective factors such as personal preference on the evaluation results. In the formulation of the evaluation plan， it is recommended to conduct evaluation in the middle of a semester and classify evaluation according to the nature of the curriculum.
