摘  要：伴随着我国经济水平和国际地位的日益提高，经济持续高速发展对技术、业态、模式、产业等改革创新的需求越来越高，随之也为高等教育人才培养提出了更高的要求，高校“新工科”人才培养体系的改革应运而生。当前，“新工科”背景下建筑工程类大学生思想政治教育工作面临着诸多问题，高校应从教育理念革新、科学化体系建设、提升师资队伍素养、创新工作平台等方面进行改进，全力打造“新工科”培养体系，为社会主义现代化建设培养高级复合型工程人才。

关键词：新工科;思政教育;人才培养

Abstract： With the improvement of China's economic and international status， The rapid economic development requires more and more innovation of technologies， business forms， models and industries， which has also raised higher requirements for university education. Therefore， the reform of the emerging engineeringeducation has come into being. At present， in the emerging engineering education background， the ideological and political education of architectural engineering college students is facing many problems， colleges and universities should reform the educational concept， build a scientific system， improve the quality of the teaching staff， innovate the working platform and so on，strive to build emerging engineering education training system， cultivating senior engineering talents for socialist modernization.

为应对新一轮科技革命和产业变革的挑战，主动服务国家创新驱动发展和“一带一路”“中国制造2025”“互聯网+”等重大战略实施，加快工程教育改革创新[1]，教育部在全国高校中推进“新工科”建设，开拓工程教育改革新路径，培养多样化、创新型卓越工程科技人才，支撑国家经济产业转型升级。经过近年来的实践，高校逐步搭建起以互联网和工业智能为核心，适应新兴产业的人才培养模式。全国在研“新工科”综合改革项目两百多项、“新工科”专业改革类项目四百多项，“新工科”建设正以新体系、新模式、新理念、新质量、新结构在全国高校中迅速推进。建筑工程类专业是培养工程建设人才的摇篮，国家基础设施建设以及“一带一路”基础设施建设对建筑工程类人才的需求越来越大。“教育是国之大计、党之大计……培养什么人，是教育的首要问题。
