摘  要：随着信息技术快速发展，网络资源的广泛性与优越性为高校的教育教学带来了创新。线上教育作为一种新兴产业，可以为学生提供优质的教育服务。本文从探讨线上教学在实施期间存在的问题着手，探究保障线上教学质量的策略，提出了以高校为领导，建立完整的教师激励体系和学生课程监察体系。合理的运用激励体制可以极大的提高广大高职教师在进行线上教育时的热情，最大程度上调动了高职教师的积极性;完善学生课程监察体系，可以保证学生在接受线上教育时的质量。

关键词：线上教育  传统观念  高等教育 教学质量

Abstract：With the rapid development of information technology， the extensiveness and superiority of network resources bring innovation to the education and teaching of colleges and universities. As an emerging industry， online education can provide students with high-quality education services. This paper starts from discussing the problems existing in the implementation of online teaching， explores the strategies to guarantee the quality of online teaching， and proposes to establish a complete teacher incentive system and student curriculum supervision system under the leadership of universities. Reasonable use of incentive system can greatly improve the enthusiasm of the majority of vocational teachers in online education， to the greatest extent to mobilize the enthusiasm of vocational teachers; To improve the monitoring system of students' courses can ensure the quality of students' online education.

随着科学技术以及互联网信息技术的高速发展，日新月异的教育方式也开始被人们所接受，教育行业虽然是一个传统行业，但随着网络科技的发展，教育不再局限于线下的面对面教育。在线教育凭借着成本小[1]、能够更加轻而易举的进行课堂互动、方便快捷等优势异军突起[2]，受到人们的青睐，开始被广泛的应用到高等教育中，其中MOOC在全球范围内的普及和大热就是一个很好的例子[3]。在线教育之所以能够开始被高校应用，最主要的是因为两个原因：第一在线教育能够给高校带来许多看得见的和看不见的收益[4]，在本世纪初是由美国的麻省理工学院率先进行在本科生中应用的，而麻省理工学院也凭借着第一个吃螃蟹的优势，在世界范围内强化了自己在教育领域内的领导地位[5]。……
