摘  要：《鱼类增养殖学》是水产养殖学专业核心课程之一，由理论教学和实践教学两个部分组成。为了让学生能够顺应市场对人才的需求，让学生能够学以致用，教师在组织开展教学过程时，掌握鱼类的人工繁殖、苗种培育、食用鱼饲养等理论知识及实践生产操作能力是课程的重点，其目的是为了解决在生产过程中所遇到的养殖技术问题。文章结合贵州喀斯特的地域特点，以及铜仁学院的教学改革针对《鱼类增养殖学》课程提出调整课程学时、教学内容革新、实践教学和课程考核方式4个方面进行改革，并结合地域特征进行探讨，让学生能更好地了解和掌握水产养殖的生产技术，培养能下基地、精于技能的优秀学生。

Abstract： Fish Culture and Preparation， the integral courses of Aquaculture Science， consists of theoretical and practical teaching. To prepare the students for the needs of markets， and enable them make good use of knowledge， teachers should attach particular importance and emphasis on theoretical theory and practice in a range of techniques， including but not limited to the artificial reproduction of fishes， fry breeding， edible fish breeding， with the purpose of solving the technical problems regarding to breeding in the process of production. Here we propose reformation on four main aspects to the course Fish Culture and Preparation， including schedules， contents， practical teaching and assessing methods of courses， by combining the Karst geographical characteristics and the reforming instructions of Tongren College， to make students better learn and gain the techniques regarding to aquacultures， and make them highly dedicated and skilled.

本科教育是提高高等教育質量重要的基础，是建设社会主义现代化强国的智力支撑和实现中华民族伟大复兴的基础工程。为适应国家战略发展新需求和世界高等教育发展的趋势，高等学校应牢牢抓住全面提高人才培养能力这个核心点，把本科教育放在人才培养的核心地位、教育教学的基础地位、新时代教育发展的前沿地位，振兴本科教育，形成高水平人才培养体系，奋力开创高等教育新局面[1]。为实现这一目标，我国各大高校均进行了不同程度的教育教学改革，然而因地方高校在资源配置、政策导向、人才结构、教育理念等方面相对滞后，教学改革形式相对较为严峻，面对的问题较多，各地方院校应结合自身实际情况制定切实可行的改革方案，为地方经济发展培养出合格的专业人才。……
