摘  要：“课程思政”的根本就是要求高校教师首先要坚持立德树人理念，深入挖掘每门课程和教学方式中蕴含的思政教育元素，培养理想信念坚定、道德品格高尚、德才兼备、德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。高校要将思想政治教育融入到第一课堂、第二课堂以及教育教学管理和校园文化建设之中，强化教学科研与管理服务的联动、第一课堂与第二课堂的联动以及“线上”和“线下”的联动，形成全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人的“三全育人”格局。

Abstract： The fundamental of "curriculum ideological and political" is to require college teachers to adhere to the concept of moral education. It requires us to dig deeply into the ideological and political education elements contained in each course and teaching method， so as to cultivate socialist builders and successors who have firm ideals and beliefs， noble moral character， integrity and talent， and all-round development of morality， intelligence， physique， aesthetics and labor. Colleges and universities should integrate ideological and political education into the first class， the second class， the management of education and teaching and the construction of campus culture. At the same time， we should strengthen the linkage of teaching， research and management services， the linkage between the first class and the second class， as well as the linkage between "online" and "offline"， so as to finally form the "three-whole education" pattern of full staff education， whole-process education and all-round education.

党的十八大以来，习近平总书记站在治国理政的高度，就高校如何加强立德树人工作提出了一系列的新思想和新论述。习近平立德树人的思想具有丰富的内涵和严整的结构，系统而深刻地回答了我国高校“培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人”的根本问题，高校工作者既要注意学习和理解习近平立德树人思想的理论价值，也要注意探索教育实践工作中教书育人的路径和机制。高校专业课教师要充分运用课堂主阵地，挖掘专业课内容与教学方式中蕴含的思政元素，与思政课设定的思想政治教育目标同向同行。
