摘  要：新课标和素质教育的实施，更加侧重于学生核心素养和综合素质的提升，传统教学的弊端逐渐暴露，教学革新已经到了最为关键的阶段。因此，小学数学教学中学生核心素养的培养，更加侧重于学生技能的培养与提升，可以使学生在学习的过程中实现能力和素养的不断提高。“数与代数”是数学学科的重点内容，在数学教学中处于基础性地位，教师对此的关注程度较高，所以对“数与代数”教学方法进行优化与创新。

Teaching method of "number and Algebra" in primary school under the core quality of Mathematics

【Abstract】The implementation of the new curriculum standard and quality education，more emphasis on the improvement of students' core quality and comprehensive quality，the disadvantages of traditional teaching gradually exposed，teaching innovation has reached the most critical stage. Therefore，the cultivation of students' core literacy in primary school mathematics teaching focuses more on the cultivation and improvement of students' skills，which can make students continuously improve their ability and literacy in the process of learning. "Number and Algebra" is the key content of mathematics，which is in a basic position in mathematics teaching. Teachers pay more attention to it，so we should optimize and innovate the teaching method of "number and Algebra".

小学数学教学中学生核心素养的培养，主要是通过学生数学知识的学习与内化，形成特定的能力，进而实现自我价值和综合素质的提升。基于核心素养的小学数学，是建立在数学知识及技能基础上的，不仅是进行知识的简单传输，还充分反馈了数学思想及本质，锻炼了学生的数学思维，使学生在数学思维品质养成的基础上，促进了学生的健康快乐成长。而在小学数学教师应该把握好核心素养培养的旋律。

1.小学数学“数与代数”教学中存在的问题

（1）教师对核心素养的认识不够全面

第一，教师对核心素养的认知不够全面。素质教育的实施，使得社会各界对于核心素养的关注度与重视程度不断地提升，如何进行核心素养的培养与提高成为了热议话题。教师是学生核心素养培养的关键性人物，教师对于核心素养的认识，直接决定着核心素养价值的发挥。……
