摘  要：随着社会的不断发展与变革，核心素养教育在学生的生活学习中的重要性与日俱增，小学英语教学也应紧跟社会的发展变化，不断创新变革自身的教学方式以适应新时代的需求。在小学英语课堂上，要以学生发展为中心，让学生成为英语课堂学习的主人，是全面体现英语学科核心素养的育人价值。为更好地培养英语学科的核心素养，英语阅读课教学是一个非常重要的渠道。本文结合笔者的英语阅读教学经验，对如何在阅读课中培养学生的语言能力、思维品质和学习能力进行以下分析和探讨。

The cultivation of core literacy in primary school English Teaching

【Abstract】With the continuous development and reform of society，the importance of core literacy education in students' life and learning is increasing day by day. Primary school English teaching should also keep pace with the development and change of society，and constantly innovate and reform its own teaching methods to meet the needs of the new era. In the primary school English class，we should take the student development as the center，let the students become the master of English classroom learning，which is the educational value of comprehensively reflecting the core quality of English subject. In order to better cultivate the core literacy of English discipline，English reading teaching is a very important channel. Based on the author's English reading teaching experience，this paper analyzes and discusses how to cultivate students' language ability，thinking quality and learning ability in reading class.

随着经济与科学技术的发展，社会也随之发生了日新月异的变化，国家和地区开始将目光投向如何培养适应新时代变化的未来公民。为适应世界教育改革的变化和整体发展趋势，我国的基础教育开始迈向发展“核心素养”时代。在小学英语课堂上，教师教学的主要目标是提高学生学习英语的积极性，这与培养学生的核心素养的教育任务不谋而合。教师以英语核心素养为基础来设计英语教学课件和开展英语教学，而阅读教学则是培养学生英语学科核心素养的不二选择，本文将结合授课经验，探讨分析如何在小学英语阅读课中培养学生的英语学科的核心素养。

1.以语言能力运用为抓手，夯实学生核心素养之基

英语学习不能只是在课堂上或是考试时运用，要让学生将英语流利灵活地应用在现实生活中，学生若无法将课堂上学到的知识放在现实生活中活学活用，那么学到的语言也只能是一潭死水，没有生机。……
