摘  要：自古以来，一个人的健康成长与家庭教育具有密切的关系。而家庭教育与良好家风是相辅相成的。在新时代，家风又被赋予新的内涵和新的要求。良好家风关系到家庭教育正确的价值取向，关系到社会的稳定。在家庭教育中融入优良家风的传承与创新有着很强的现实意义。

Inheritance and innovation strategy of good family style in family education in mining area

【Abstract】Since ancient times，a person's healthy growth and family education has a close relationship. Family education and good family atmosphere are complementary. In the new era，family tradition is endowed with new connotation and new requirements. Good family style is related to the correct value orientation of family education and social stability. It is of great practical significance to integrate the inheritance and innovation of good family style into family education.

一个人的健康成长与家庭教育有着密不可分的关系。而家风是影响家庭教育好坏的重要因素之一。我们的先辈在数千年的历史中给我们留下了无数的优良家风。现在，虽然时代在发展，但是家庭是社会的细胞，个人健康的成长需要在良好的家庭教育中、在优良的家风熏陶下。而在矿区这一特定的社会环境中，我们更应该重视优良的家风、重视在家庭教育融入良好家风。

1.家庭教育中良好家风内容

（1）良好习惯的养成。俗话说“习惯决定命运”。良好习惯对一个人健康成长至关重要。作为家庭教育的主角的家长要把对孩子习惯的养成当做重中之重。并且在日常生活中起模范作用，一点一滴的对孩子加以灌输。良好习惯的内容可以分为三个方面。第一，生活习惯。如做到作息時间有规律、穿着干净整洁、讲究卫生、力所能及的事自己干等;第二，行为习惯。如爱护环境、遵守社会秩序、见到别人主动问好等。第三，学习习惯。如课前预习、认真听讲、按时复习等。
