摘  要：科研与教学之间的良性互动是高校提高人才培养质量的必然趋势，也是应对社会经济持续发展新需求和新挑战的有效方式。文章以科教融合为切入点，结合人才培养模式创新、教师角色转换、评价体系更新等维度，提出高质量教学的实现路径，对真正推动教学的专业化，进而形成“教学共同体”具有参考价值。

Abstract： The benign interaction between scientific research and teaching is an inevitable trend for higher education institutions to improve the quality of personnel training， and an effective way to cope with the new needs and challenges of sustainable social and economic development. This paper takes the integration of science and education as the starting point， combines the innovation of talent training mode， teacher role transformation， the optimization of evaluation system and other dimensions， and proposes the realization path of high-quality teaching， which has value for truly promoting the professionalization of teaching and forming a "teaching community".

2017年9月20日，教育部、财政部、国家发展改革委联合印发《关于公布世界一流大学和一流学科建设高校及建设学科名单的通知》，公布世界一流大学和一流学科建设高校及建设学科名单。“双一流”概念的提出对全国本科高校的教学质量和内涵式发展提出更高的要求，同时倒逼各层次本科高校人才培养模式发生更深层次的变革，与此同时也给高校教师专业性和创新性带来了更多的挑战。现代本科高校作为知识传授和人才培养的复合型场所，是打通科学研究和教学活动的重要枢纽。大学教师兼备科研和教学的双重职责和使命，通过大学这个平台将自身专业探究和知识普及融会贯通，给高质量的本科教学提供了丰沃的现实可行性。

一、本科高校科教融合发展的现状和必要性

大学校园的功能是多元化的，理想状态下教学活动和科学研究双向发展同向而行，进而构建教学学科一体化的支撑框架。依托科学研究的平台，让知识要素在教师和学生之间自由流动，让创新意识在校园里竞相迸发。……
