摘  要：高职院校在培养专业人才时，教师的执教能力与职业素养直接关系着人才培养的质量与水平。当前，很多高校都缺乏对“双师型”教师培养培训体系的建设，对于高校师资队伍的有效建设、师资水平的有效提升非常不利。基于此，文章主要对以教师发展为基础的高职院校“双师型”教师培养培训体系的建设路径与方法进行研究与分析，通过制定切实可行的教师培养方案和体系来培养出更多优秀的“双师型”教师，促进育人、育才工作的有效开展，同时也能够促进教师的职业能力、职业素养与综合水平的更好提升。

Abstract： When training professional talents in higher vocational colleges， teachers' teaching ability and professional quality are directly related to the quality and level of talent training. At present， many colleges and universities lack the construction of the "double-qualified" teacher training system， which is very unfavorable to the effective construction of the teaching staff and the effective improvement of the teaching level. Based on this， this article mainly studies and analyzes the path and method of constructing the "double division type" teacher training training system in higher vocational colleges on the basis of teacher development. Formulating the feasible system and scheme of teacher training can help to cultivate more excellent "double type" teachers， promote the effective work of education and training， and at the same time， it can better promote teachers' professional ability， professional quality and comprehensive level.

双师型教师是高职教育教师队伍建设的特色和重点，大力加强“双师型”教师队伍建设，已经成为社会和教育界的共同呼声。现如今，为了能够推动高职院校教育育才效果与教育水平的持续提升，重视对教师的培训与培养是非常有必要的。高职院校要重视“双师型”教师培养培训体系的有效建设，并以教师为核心与重点，着力推进教师素养与职业能力的快速发展，壮大高职院校的师资队伍。与此同时，高职院校重视“双师型”教师队伍的有效建设，使得高职院校的教师能够既具备理论知识又具备实践经验，在开展各项专业教学课程时，能够更加游刃有余的将教学知识与实践经验传播给学生，增强高职院校的实际育人效果，不断培养出更多优秀的职业人才，促进高职院校学生能够在未来更好地实现就业与从业。……
