摘  要：对大学生进行思想政治教育是辅导员和高校思想政治理论课的共同责任，需要双方的共同努力。如果将二者有机结合，对于大力提升高校学生的思想政治素质将非常有利。因此，研究以长治学院思想政治教学研究部为例，采用文献阅读法、访谈法等研究方法，立足于思想政治教学研究部的现状，分析了辅导员和高校思想政治理论课教学深度融合中存在问题，并提出了解决措施，需要学校和辅导员共同努力、互相配合，不断提高思想政治理论课教学的实效性，并不断提升大学生的思想政治素质，打造合格的社会主义建设者和接班人。

Abstract： The ideological and political education of college students is the joint responsibility of the team of counselors and the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities， and requires the joint efforts of both sides. If the two are organically combined， it will be very beneficial to vigorously improve the ideological and political quality of college students. Therefore， this paper takes the Department of Thought and Political Teaching and Research of Changzhi University as an example， adopts literature analysis method， interview method and other research methods， based on the current situation of the Department of Thought and Political Teaching and Research， analyzes the problems in the deep integration of counselor teams and university teaching of thought and political theory classes， and proposes solutions， requiring schools and counselors to work together and cooperate with each other to continuously improve the effectiveness of the teaching of thought and political theory classes， and continuously improve the ideological and political quality of college students to build qualified socialist builders and successors.

引言

經济基础与上层建筑相互作用，如今我国已成为全球第二大经济体，在经济高度发展的基础上，文化建设居于突出重要的地位。十八大以来，党中央高度重视高校思想政治工作，多次召开全国高校思想政治工作会议、全国宣传思想工作会议、学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会等多个重要会议，充分体现了马克思主义的光辉与力量。

在高校，对大学生进行思想政治教育主要通过高校辅导员与高校思想政治理论课，将辅导员与高校思想政治理论课有机结合有利于充分发挥辅导员的价值和提高高校思想政治理论课实效性。但是从当前的研究来看，独立进行辅导员和高校思想政治理论课教学两方面的研究较多，将二者结合以提高思想政治理论课实效性的这一个角度进行的研究还是比较少的，所以从这一方面进行还是比较有意义的。……
