摘  要：对于每个人来说，责任感是衡量其素质和品质的核心要素，也是立足于社会的关键前提。小学时期是培养孩子责任感和三观的最佳阶段，同时，在素质教育背景下，我国进一步强化了小学教育中关于责任感领域的教学工作。基于此，小学教育工作者必须高度重视小学生责任感的培养工作，旨在教会孩子敢于担当，促进其更好地成长和發展。

【Abstract】 For everyone，the sense of responsibility is the core element to measure their quality and quality，and it is also a key prerequisite for being based in society. Primary school is the best stage to cultivate children's sense of responsibility and three views. At the same time，in the context of quality education，my country has further strengthened the teaching work in the field of responsibility in elementary education. Based on this，elementary school educators must attach great importance to the cultivation of primary school students sense of responsibility，aiming to teach children to dare to take responsibility and promote their better growth and development.

在本质上，责任感主要指在利己的同时，还要利他人、事业、国家及社会。一个人只有有了责任感，才能够让其一生都拥有勇往直前、坚持不懈的勇气，才能够感受到自己存在于社会的价值和意义，也才会获得他人的尊重和信赖。现如今，社会的进一步发展，个人利益至上的理念广泛渗透在人们的生活之中，受这一因素的影响，使得很多人为了谋求更多的个人利益，而不惜做出损害个人信誉、道德缺失等情况，而在这一背景下，小学生的成长和发展受到了一定程度的不良影响。基于此，小学教育中学生责任感的培养是非常迫切的。

1.小学生责任感的现状分析

每个人都有自己所需承担的责任，小学生也不例外，包括：遵守学校规章制度、遵守小学生道德规范等。然而经过一段时间的调查发现，小学生在校园生活中存在缺少责任感的情况，具体表现在以下几个方面。

大部分小学生并不知道自己为什么要读书，加上人们物质生活水平的提高，现在的孩子都享受着优渥的生活条件，甚至有的家长为了让孩子去读书而承诺一定的奖励。……
