摘  要：随着新课程改革的不断深入，小学语文的教学也发生了深刻的变革，教师在教学的过程中会采用新的教学方式，会对教学内容进行优化，以此来吸引小学生的学习兴趣，提高学生的学习质量。在素质教育的大背景下，以人为本的教育理念逐渐在小学语文教学过程中施展开来，许多教师开始把以知识为中心的教学课堂转变为以学生能力发展为中心的教学课堂，这种职能的转变也在显示着以人为本理念下的小学语文教学发生了巨大的变革，本文将对目前小学语文教学中存在的问题进行详尽的解析，然后提出在以人为本理念下的小学语文教学策略，希望能够对目前的小学语文教学改革提供帮助。

On the strategy of primary school Chinese teaching under the concept of people oriented

【Abstract】With the deepening of the new curriculum reform，the primary school Chinese teaching has also undergone profound changes，teachers in the teaching process will adopt new teaching methods，will optimize the teaching content，in order to attract pupils' interest in learning，improve the quality of students' learning. In the context of quality education，the people-oriented education concept is gradually applied in the process of primary school Chinese teaching. Many teachers begin to change the knowledge-based teaching classroom into the student-centered teaching class. The change of this function also shows that the primary school Chinese teaching under the people-oriented concept has undergone a great change. This paper will focus on the current situation of primary school Chinese teaching This paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems existing in Chinese teaching，and then puts forward the primary school Chinese teaching strategy under the people-oriented concept，hoping to provide help for the current primary school Chinese teaching reform.

1.引言

在目前的小学语文教学，许多教师采用的教学方式是非常传统的，但是在素质教育的大背景下，许多教师开始打造以人为本的小学语文教学课堂。以人为本的教学课堂应当是以学生的发展作为教学的基本方向，在教学的过程中，针对学生的兴趣爱好选择合适学生的教学方法，对教学内容进行合理的优化，从而打造出高效的小学语文教学课堂。但是在目前的教学体系中，应试教育体系还是占据着一部分的教学课堂，因此本文将对目前的应试教育体系弊端进行阐述，然后提出以人为本语文课堂的构建策略。
