摘  要：小学是学生学习生涯的起步阶段，小学数学是一门重要的基础学科，在新课程改革背景下，应该将培养学生的数学核心素养作为一个重要的教学目标，这不但可以为学生的数学学习奠定坚实的基础，而且对于培养学生的综合素质有着重要的帮助。小学数学核心素养具有多方面的特质，包括学科性、灵活性、趣味性，教师在教学过程中进行建构探索的时候，应该通过教学模式上的创新，坚持以学生为主体，培养学习数学的兴趣，可以构建有效的教学情境，引导学生积极主动探求知识，还要注重传授解决问题的方法，培养良好的数学思维，促使形成良好的數感，锻炼和提高实践应用能力，从而通过对学生核心素养的培养，实现更好的教学效果。

The characteristics and construction of primary school mathematics core literacy

【Abstract】Primary school is the starting stage of students' learning career，and primary school mathematics is an important basic discipline. Under the background of the new curriculum reform，we should take the cultivation of students' mathematics core literacy as an important teaching goal，which not only can lay a solid foundation for students' mathematics learning，but also has an important help to cultivate students' comprehensive quality. The core literacy of primary school mathematics has many characteristics，including discipline，flexibility and interest. When teachers explore the construction in the teaching process，teachers should innovate the teaching mode，adhere to the students as the main body，cultivate the interest in learning mathematics，build an effective teaching situation，guide students to actively explore knowledge，and pay attention to teaching and solving problems Through the cultivation of students' core quality，better teaching effect can be achieved.

核心素养的概念被提出之后，教师开始积极探索如何在教学中培养学生的综合素养，也更加注重培养学生独立思考能力以及道德品质，更加尊重学生的个性学习。在小学数学的教学过程中，对学生进行数学的核心素养的培养，不仅可以帮助学生取得理想的学习成绩，搭建更全面的知识体系，还有助于使综合素养得到全面提升。小学数学教师应该对数学核心素养的特质有个明确深入的认识，在此基础上通过实践教学探索有效的建构方式，从而促进数学教学质量全面提高，培养学生的数学综合素质能力。……
