摘  要：随着基础教学体制改革的深入发展，中小学班级管理的目标也在不断发生变化。中小学校的班主任为了顺应时代发展的要求，亟需对班级管理工作进行創新，提升班级管理的质量。文章结合实际的中小学班级管理和数学教学经验，简述了中小学班级管理工作存在的问题和现实意义，从尊重学生的主体地位、巧用分层教学法、提高教师自身素质、开展德育教育四个方面阐明了创新型班级管理工作的实施策略，希望为中小学班主任提供参考。

Innovative strategies of class management

【Abstract】With the in-depth development of basic teaching system reform，the objectives of class management in primary and secondary schools are also changing. In order to meet the requirements of the development of the times，class teachers in primary and secondary schools need to innovate the class management and improve the quality of class management. Combined with the practical experience of class management and mathematics teaching in primary and secondary schools，this paper briefly describes the problems and practical significance of class management in primary and secondary schools，and expounds the implementation strategies of innovative class management from four aspects： respecting the dominant position of students，skillfully using hierarchical teaching method，improving teachers' own quality and carrying out moral education，hoping to provide reference for primary and secondary school class teachers.

在实际的班级管理工作中，中小学班主任面临着部分学生不服从班级规定、学习态度不端正、传统的班级管理模式效果差等明显问题。小学生年龄较小，没有自我管理意识，正需要班主任的指引。而中学生正在进入青春期，情绪多变，难以抗拒外界的不良诱惑，离不开班主任的教导。因此，中小学班主任的班级管理创新工作刻不容缓。

1.中小学班级管理工作中存在的问题

（1）班主任沉重的工作负担

中小学班主任在班级管理工作中肩负着重任。作为班主任，教师面临着教学设计、学生考试成绩、教学成绩、学生的身心健康、家长的意见等方面的工作压力。中小学班主任除了管理班级，还要进行学科教学工作，有些小学班主任教授的学科不止一门，使得他们没有充裕的时间进行班级管理工作。
