摘  要 针对士官职业技术教育中物理课程现存的主要问题，提出物理教学要以“三个服务”为宗旨，即服务学员后续专业课程学习、服务部队岗位任职需求、服务个人成长发展诉求，深塑课程教学内容体系，凸显课程任职教育特色，提升课程教学的针对性和教学质量。

Abstract In view of the main problems existing in the physical course of sergeant vocational and technical education， this paper puts forward that the physics teaching should aim at “three services”， that is serving the students follow-up professional courses learning， serving the post requirements of the army， and serving the personal growth and development demands， so as to deeply shape the curricu-lum content system， highlight the characteristics of the course post education， and improve the teaching pertinence and effect.

0  引言

士官职业技术教育是指培养在部队高新技术武器装备使用、维修、管理、训练等一线岗位，直接从事解决实际问题、发挥武器装备最大效能的技能应用型士官人才的一种教育形式。士官职业技术教育属于职业教育范畴，教育的根本目的是培养学员的岗位任职能力和职业素养，面向部队岗位培养技术技能型士官人才，具有突出的军事性、职业性、系统性、实践性和岗位指向性[1-3]。物理学是研究物质运动一般规律和物质基本结构的学科，是自然学科的带头学科。在当今新概念武器不断装备部队、高新技术大量应用于现代化战争的条件下，面向士官学员开设物理课程具有重要的现实意义[4-5]。

1  士官职业技术教育中物理课程的地位和作用

士官职业技术教育中开设物理课程，主要作用是面向部队任职需求、面向专业课程学习、面向个人成长发展提供必备的实验操作基础、技能和方法以及基本的理论知识储备，培育基本的科学文化素养，实现和后续的专业课程学习、岗位任职无缝衔接，保障学员战斗力和战斗精神的形成与培育。……
