摘  要 目的：对西部地区医院医学影像技术人才现状和需求情况进行调查分析，为民族高校医学影像技术专业人才培养提供支持。方法：采取现场发放调查问卷结合实地考察的方式对被调查医院医学影像技术人才的基本情况、需求等方面进行调查，分析所得数据。结果：西部地区医学影像技术人才专业技能不足、基础较弱，专业人才缺乏，对基础扎实的高素质应用型本科人才接受度高、需求大。结论：北方民族大学医学影像技术专业人才培养目标定位准确，但需优化课程体系，夯实专业基础知识，加强专业实践技术提升，注重综合素质培养，加大在专业领域的宣传，提高专业知名度。

Abstract Objective： To provide support for the talents training of medical imaging technology in ethnic universities， this paper inves-tigates and analyzes the current situation and demand of medical imaging talents in the national regional hospital. Methods： By taking field survey and questionnaire， this paper investigates the basic situa-tion and needs of medical imaging talents in hospital and then analy-zes the data. Results： There exist some problems in the talents of me-dical image technology in Western China that lacking professional skills， weaking foundation and lacking professional talents， high acceptance and demand for the solid foundation of high-quality app-lied undergraduate talents. Conclusion： The training goal of medical imaging technology in North Minzu University is accurate. In the cultivation process， they need to promote professional practice tech-nology， optimize the curriculum system， strengthen professional basic knowledge， pay attention to comprehensive quality training， enhance professional publicity and raise their professional aware-ness.

0  引言

醫学影像技术的飞速发展，产出各种科技含量高、功能多的医学影像设备，影像检查方式不断发展，这对从事此项工作的医学影像技术人员提出新的、更高的要求[1]。

教育部在医学技术一级学科下新增医学影像技术专业，学制为四年制，授理学学位[2]。北方民族大学与宁夏人民医院合作办学，采取医教协同方式，建立医学影像技术专业，培养高素质应用型人才。该专业2013年开始招生，2017年首届27名学生毕业，首次就业率达88.89%。为进一步提高人才培养质量，服务少数民族和民族地区医学影像技术发展，北方民族大学组织教师对西部地区医学影像技术人力资源现状和需求进行调研。……
