摘 要 进行实验内容风险评价工作是实验室安全管理工作的重要组成部分，高校实验室在实验内容风险评价工作方面存在管理机构体制不科学、科研单位安全意识淡薄和安全评价制度不完善等问题。高校管理层面完善实验风险评价制度、研究机构强化风险评价管理措施，可提高实验室人员安全准入门槛，实现实验过程全程监管，有利于高校实验室安全管理工作的顺利开展，营造安全、科学、有序的科学研究氛围，进而推动高校各项事业可持续发展和全社会科技进步。

Abstract Risk assessment of experiment contents is an important part of laboratory safety management. There are some problems in the risk assessment of laboratory content in university laboratory， such as unscientific management system， weak safety awareness of scientific research units and imperfect safety assessment system. Improving the experimental risk assessment system and strengthening the risk assessment management measures can raise the safety access threshold of laboratory personnel， achieve the whole process supervision of the experimental process， be conducive to the orderly development of laboratory safety management， creating a safe， scientific and orderly scientific research environment， and then promoting the sustainable development of various undertakings in universities and scientific and technological advancement of the whole society.

高校實验室是培养研究生、本科生创新精神和创新能力的重要场所，也是高校完成各级科研项目并进行成果转化的主战场。[1，2]近年来，随着社会经济和科技的不断发展，对科学研究的资金和人员投入持续增加，使得承担科研项目和培养研究生为主的实验室科学研究的内容更加复杂，造成实验工作中的安全隐患和风险更加难以预料和控制。[3]安全生产管理最主要是预防为主，同样适用于高校实验室安全管理。[4]实验室是完成实验内容、形成研究成果的载体，大部分实验事故均是在实验过程中发生的，[5]因此对将要进行的实验内容进行风险评价，并有对风险处理的方法和手段，是保证高校实验室科研顺利进行、安全工作的重要措施，也是进一步规范高校实验室安全管理体制的主要组成部分。……
