摘 要 面对新冠肺炎疫情的突发情况，如何创新化、有效化开展混合式教学已成为首要解决的问题。本文主要介绍在混合式教学模式中系统建设线上教学资源的必要性，分析师范生公共课教学线上資源建设存在的问题，并针对性提出打造立体化资源库、建设课程团队、形成资源共享体系、加强线上线下课堂联动等方式优化线上资源建设，旨在进一步推动高校教育现代化发展。

Design Strategy of Hybrid Online Teaching Resources

Based on Information Literacy

Abstract Facing the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia， how to innovate and effectively carry out blended teaching has become the primary problem to be solved. This paper mainly introduces the necessity of systematic construction of online teaching resources in blended teaching mode， analyzes the problems existing in the construction of online teaching resources for normal students. In order to further promote the modernization of university education， the author proposes to optimize the construction of online resources by creating a three-dimensional resource library， building a course team， forming a resource sharing system， and strengthening online and offline classroom linkages.

1 系统建设线上教学资源的必要性

混合式教学主要是指线上教学和线下教学相结合的教学，线上教学资源是教师开展层次性教学和进阶性教学的关键要素，在资源设计过程中，教师将根据学习需求和学习期望提供多样性、多元化的学习资源，使线上教学资源具有任务性、知识性、测试性、案例性、成果性、立体性特征，在提升学生信息素养的同时，帮助学生构建系统的知识体系。混合式教学过程中，线上教学资源一般靠学生自主学习，帮助学生建立学习积极性和学习自信心就尤为关键，在线上教学资源设计中教师应对学生的学习心理和兴趣点进行深入挖掘，全面掌握学生学习需求，以利于聚焦学生注意力，取得实质性教学成效。

2 师范生公共课教学线上资源建设存在的问题
