摘 要 随着我国老龄化进程加快，人民对养老服务的需求日益增长，医养结合为社会发展的大势所趋。但在养老、医疗领域还存在专业技术人才紧缺的短板，高职医学院校需紧跟国家政策导向，在深化产教融合、打造实训基地、加强师资建设、举办技能大赛等方面积极探索，为职业教育改革献计献力。

Research on the Training Strategy of Medical Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Production Education Integration

Abstract With the acceleration of aging process in China， people's demand for pension services is growing day by day. The combination of medical care and nursing is the general trend of social development. However， there is still a shortage of professional and technical personnel in the field of pension and medical treatment. Higher vocational medical colleges should follow the guidance of national policies， actively explore in deepening the integration of production and education， building training bases， strengthening the construction of teachers， holding skills competitions and other aspects， so as to contribute to the reform of vocational education.

随着经济迅猛发展、医疗水平不断改善，我国老龄化进程也逐渐加快。报告测算，2025年“十四五”规划完成时，65岁及以上的老年人将超过2.1亿，占总人口数的约15%。[1]如何满足人口众多的老年人康养问题，事关民生福祉。十九大报告指出，要“实施健康中国战略。构建养老、孝老、敬老政策体系和社会环境，推进医养结合”。但是我国在养老、医疗领域还存在专业技术人才紧缺的短板，这就需要高职医学院校紧跟国家政策导向，充分考虑市场需求，勇做新时代新教育。

1 医养人才培养的背景分析

1.1 医养结合需求增长

医养结合是把专业的医疗技术和日常饮居、生活养老、康复训练等相融合，以医疗为基础、以康复为支柱的医疗模式。

目前我国卫生健康事业取得惊人成绩，但随着工业化、人口老龄化，加之吸烟、酗酒、久坐、作息不规律等不良的生活方式，使慢性病发病率和致残率居高不下，心脑血管疾病、慢性呼吸系统疾病、糖尿病等慢性非传染性疾病患者养老形势仍然严峻。……
