A Probe into the Cultivation Strategies of Students' Autonomous Learning Ability in Junior High School English Teaching

【Abstract】Autonomous learning ability is the behavior and ability that the educatee follows the educational practice implemented by the educator and continuously establishes and accumulates to adjust，strengthen and guide self-learning. It has the characteristics of autonomy and initiative. The strength of students' autonomous learning ability directly affects the effect of their English learning. Based on junior middle school English teaching，teachers should pay attention to cultivating students' autonomous learning ability，give full play to students' subjective initiative，let them actively learn English，learn English independently，and seek self-improvement and development，so as to maximize students' English intellectual potential and improve daily teaching efficiency.

无论是当今社会对于人才的需要，还是素质教育对于受教育者的培养需求，都强调人才自主学习能力的提升和创新意识的培养。在这一时代背景和教育背景下，教师也应该跟随时代的步伐，重视培养学生的自主学习能力，让学生积极融入到英语这门学科中来，夯实语言专业知识，激发学生学习的主动性和积极性，引导学生高效率地自主学习，促进学生核心素养提升。

1.初中英语教学中学生自主学习能力培养的必要性及意義

自主学习是如今各科教育教学研究领域中的热门话题，在日常教学过程中起着非常重要的作用，不仅能够促进学生提升自身的学习成绩、学习能力，而且也是学生终身学习和终身发展的重要基础。自主学习是学习者在学习过程中对自主学习负责的一种能力，从当前的初中英语教学实践中看，很多老师仍然沿用着传统灌输式的教学方式。老师教授，学生听讲，老师提问，学生回答，这样，学生的自主性被削弱，老师仍然是课堂上的主导者，慢慢地，学生们失去了英语学习的兴趣，自然而然，他们自主学习能力也渐渐降低。但是，为了学生的长远发展考虑，应该引导学生以主动者的姿态融入到英语学习过程中来。俗话说，活到老，学到老，对于我们每一个人来讲，学习的过程是进行时，同时也应该是将来时，养成终身学习、积极学习、主动学习的好习惯，对于一个人的成长和成功有着至关重要的作用。……
