【摘  要】在新時代背景下，农村小学教育水平逐步提升，但随之出现了管理条件差、留守儿童增多、班主任管理水平有限等一系列新问题。本文结合农村小学的特点分析了班主任管理工作现状，有针对性地提出了加强和改进管理工作的策略，为班主任顺利开展班级管理工作提供强有力的保障。

The Present Situation Analysis and Strategy Research of Rural Primary School Head Teacher Management in the New Era

【Abstract】Under the background of the new era， the education level of rural primary schools has been gradually improved， but a series of new problems have emerged， such as poor management conditions， the increase of left-behind children， and the limited management level of head teachers. Based on the characteristics of rural primary schools， this paper analyzes the current situation of the management work of head teachers， and puts forward targeted strategies to strengthen and improve the management work， so as to provide a strong guarantee for the head teachers to carry out the class management work smoothly.

一、农村小学班主任管理工作现状

（一）学校管理条件较差、留守儿童逐渐增多

尽管经过多年的优化建设，我国农村小学基础建设和管理水平发展迅速，但与城市小学相比差距还是很大，农村小学仍然存在办学及办公条件相对简陋、管理规章制度缺失、班主任自身管理水平有限等诸多问题。农村年轻家长为了生计常年外出务工，留守儿童的家庭教育缺位现象严重。由于农村小学条件相对较差，一部分家庭条件较好的学生进城去上学，随着学生人数的减少，一些学校不得已只能撤销合并，给班主任的班级管理工作带来一定的困难。

（二）学校忽视学生可持续能力的发展

近年来国家提倡素质教育，但由于一些农村硬件、软件配套跟不上，再加之学校意识不到素质教育对学生可持续发展能力的重要性，学校和班主任只在乎班级在学校和乡镇的排名，注重学生的成绩等常规的管理项目，忽视学生心理素质和综合能力的培养。在这种教育和管理模式下，学生常常会出现团队意识薄弱、心理素质差、综合能力差等系列问题，影响学生未来的可持续发展。……
