【摘    要】在社会快速发展过程中，我国在教育方面也在对应进行着改革，提高教育水平问题当前得到了比较广泛的重视。在新课改背景下，小学英语教学活动在开展过程中应注重改进与创新，帮助学生打好英语学习基础，为他们今后进行进一步深入学习创造良好条件。在此情况下就应对教学现状进行深入分析，获得有效改进策略，保证小学英语教学整体效果。

On the Current Situation of Primary School English Teaching under the New Curriculum Reform and the Countermeasures for Improvement

【Abstract】In the process of rapid social development， my country is also undergoing corresponding reforms in education. The issue of improving the level of education is currently being paid more and more attention. Under the background of the new curriculum reform， primary school English teaching activities should focus on improvement and innovation in the development process ， To help students lay a good foundation for English learning and create good conditions for them to further study in the future. In this case， an in-depth analysis of the current teaching situation should be carried out to obtain effective improvement strategies to ensure the overall effect of primary school English teaching.

在小学英语教学中，只有学生深化对知识的认识与体验，才能深入理解知识内涵，提升知识整体运用能力。在小学英语教学中，教师不仅需关注学生对知识的掌握，也应重视培养学生的语言技能，提升学生的英语综合素养。但是就小学英语教学现状来讲，仍存在一些问题需要改进。本文从小学英语教学实际出发，对小学英语的现状和需要改进的地方进行探讨。

一、小学英语教学现状

（一）对课前预习有所忽视

在小学英语教学中，多数教师会将教学内容、教学设计以及教学目标等视为重点，对于学生自主预习有所忽视，仅有少部分学生能够进行自主预习。出现这一情况的主要原因在于教师未能给予预习充分重视，并且学生学习时间多数为课堂，在课下缺少良好学习氛围和学生自主学习意识较弱的情况下，往往不能对接下来讲授的内容进行有效预习。
