【摘    要】隨着教育改革背景的不断深入，高中教学受到了社会越来越大的重视，由于在高中阶段学生即将面临高考，学习任务非常重，学习压力也在不断增加。而高中体育作为高中阶段为学生减轻学习压力、锻炼学生身体的学科，需要针对现在的实际情况进行对应的创新与调整，从而使学生能够在不断提升的压力中对自身进行更好提升。由于体育课程属于副科，在高中受到了很大的忽视，传统的体育教学模式无法激发学生的锻炼动力，提高学生的身体素质。因此，在全新的教学背景下，高中体育教学要调动学生学习的自主性，提升学生的核心素养。

Research on senior high School PHYSICAL education teaching Strategies under the background of core literacy

【Abstract】With the deepening of the educational reform background， high school teaching has been paid more and more attention by the society. Due to the high school students are about to face the college entrance examination， the learning task is very heavy， the learning pressure is also increasing. However， high school sports， as a discipline to reduce the learning pressure and exercise the body of students in high school， should be innovated and adjusted according to the current actual situation， so that students can better improve themselves in the midst of the constantly improving pressure. Since physical education is a subsidiary course， it has been largely neglected in high school. Traditional physical education teaching mode cannot stimulate students' exercise motivation and improve their physical quality. Therefore， under the new teaching background， physical education in high school should mobilize students' autonomy in learning and improve their core qualities.

高中体育课堂是学生学习体育知识，锻炼自身身体的课程，教师在教学过程当中，应该让学生对体育运动的基本知识、理念进行理解，和学生进行直接或者间接的交流，从而使学生的核心素养能够得到更好提升。教师要在原有的教学基础上增加体育教学的趣味性，使学生能够在体育学习当中积极地参与进来，在核心素养的体育教学下有了全新的要求，相比于以往而言，教师应该通过开展多项体育运动满足学生多元化的需求，让每一个学生都可以找到自己喜欢的运动项目，从而使学生能够主动对自身进行锻炼。

一、开展趣味游戏教学，提高学生参与积极性

在核心素养的教学理念下，高中体育教师要培养学生对自身安全、健康意识和身体素质的认识。……
