摘要 宠物临床诊疗岗位课是基于宠物医院岗位需求设置的一门专业核心课程。为了培养学生的岗位实践能力和职业素养，将传统教学、科研项目与宠物医院服务相结合，从教学目标、教学内容、教学流程、考核体系和教学保障5个方面对宠物临床诊疗岗位课进行探索与实践，旨在为岗位课程的改革提供参考。

Abstract The pet clinical diagnosis and treatment post course is a professional core course based on the post needs of pet hospital. In order to cultivate the students post practical skills and professional qualities， the traditional teaching， scientific research projects and pet hospital services were combined. And the exploration and practice on the pet clinical diagnosis and treatment post course was carried out from the teaching objectives， teaching content， teaching process， assessment system and teaching security， so as to provide references for the reform of the post courses.

宠物临床诊疗岗位课是在现代学徒制的背景下，基于宠物医院岗位需求，为宠物养护和宠物临床诊疗专业开设的一门专业核心课程。在宠物临床诊疗技术的传统教学中，存在教学内容远远落后于企业生产实际、培养出来的学生不能适应岗位需求等问题[1]。但随着现代学徒制人才培养模式的引入，以职业岗位为导向的岗位课程的探索研究在各高职院校广泛开展，但大多数是围绕着某一专业的人才培养模式、课程体系、双导师队伍建设和校企合作体制机制展开研究，各高职院校基于现代企业需求做出的这一系列改革从顶层设计上基本上能够解决原先的课程体系设置与企业岗位不匹配的问题[2-3]。然而，由于专业性质不同，课程特点不同，遇到的操作难点不同，岗位课程的构建与运行这一关键环节无法统一顶层设计[4]。宠物诊疗行业是涉及动物生命的服务行业，在宠物临床诊疗岗位課的实施过程中，学生如果上岗去做的话会严重影响宠物医院的服务质量;如果上岗后只看不做，又很难实现学生岗位技能的培养目标。……
