摘要 鄉村振兴是党的十九大提出的重大战略部署;高等职业教育顺应新时代、新目标，服务国家战略和地方发展。充分分析现阶段高等职业教育服务地方经济社会发展和乡村振兴战略困境，全方位阐述罗定职业技术学院助力云浮乡村振兴实践路径，譬如，因地制宜调整和制定人才培养目标和人才培养模式，构建云浮乡村振兴战略人才智库，多举措培养高素质现代农村干部队伍，加强农民技能培训和新型职业农民养成，为农村农业“造血”，切实助力云浮乡村振兴战略实践。

Higher Vocational Education Helps Rural Revitalization： Predicament and Path—Taking Luoding Polytechnic as an Example

Abstract Rural revitalization is a significant strategy put forward by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China; conforming to the new era and new goals， higher vocational education responds to national and local overall development situation. Based on analyzing the predicament of current higher vocational education serves local economic development and rural revitalization strategy， this paper omnibearing elaborates the practice pathes that Luoding Polytechnic helps Yunfu rural revitalization strategy， such as adjusting and formulating the goal and mode of personnel training， building think-tanks for Yunfu rural revitalization strategy， training high qualified modern rural ranks of cadres with multiple measures， strengthening peasants skill training and cultivating new type skilled peasants， making blood for rural areas and agriculture，etc.， really helps the practice of Yunfu rural revitalization strategy.

现阶段我国农村农业整体发展滞后，农村农业依旧是现代化建设中最薄弱的一环。农村一二三产业未能深度融合发展，农民适应科技进步、生产力发展和市场环境新变化的能力欠缺，新型职业农村人匮乏。

党的十九大报告紧紧围绕新时代、新形势、新目标，提出乡村振兴的重大战略部署，并以此作为“三农”工作总抓手[1]，力求从产业、人才、文化、生态、组织等全方位实现乡村振兴。蓬勃发展的高等职业教育正以其自身特有的优势，在乡村振兴战略实践中发挥着巨大作用。

1 高等职业教育服务乡村振兴的意义

《中共中央 国务院关于实施乡村振兴战略的意见》（中发〔2018〕1号）强调实施乡村振兴战略，必须优先发展农村职业教育，必须把人力资本的开发放在首位[2]。……
