【摘要】 冻结肩是一种在初级卫生保健中常见的骨科疾病，它在中老年人群的发病率较高，其病程长达2～3年甚至更久，因表现为肩部剧烈疼痛伴肩关节活动受限逐渐加重，临床中患者的体验和感受非常痛苦，严重影响了他们的睡眠以及工作、生活质量。近年来，医学界对于冻结肩治疗的研究上已经取得了较大的进步，但因其发病机制至今没有定论，国际上也没有达成统一的治疗原则。冻结肩的治疗方法多种多样，总体可分为非手术治疗和手术治疗。本文重点介绍了目前临床上对于冻结肩的各种治疗手段及疗效，以期为冻结肩患者选择合适的治疗方法及未来的研究方向提供参考。

[Abstract] Frozen shoulder is a common orthopaedic disease in primary health care. It has a high incidence in middle-aged and elderly people， and its course of disease lasts as long as 2-3 years or even longer. Because of severe shoulder pain and limitation of shoulder joint activity， the clinical experience and feelings of patients are very painful， which seriously affect their sleep， work and quality of life.In recent years， the medical research on the treatment of frozen shoulder has made great progress， but there is no final conclusion on its pathogenesis and no unified treatment principle has been reached in the world. There are a variety of treatment methods for frozen shoulder， which can be divided into non-operative treatment and surgical treatment. This paper focuses on the current clinical treatment and efficacy of frozen shoulder， in order to provide reference for patients with frozen shoulder to choose appropriate treatment methods and future research direction.

冻结肩是在我国初级医疗环境中非常常见的肩部疾病，它严重威胁着中老年人群中患者的生活、娱乐和睡眠质量，因其在特定的年龄段具有较高的发病率，典型的临床症状和趋于自限性的自然病程，而越来越受到骨科医生和社区医疗保健医生的重视。近年来，对于冻结肩治疗方法，医学界进行了广泛而深入的研究，总结出了非手术疗法，包括物理治疗、口服药物、皮质类固醇注射、玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射、液压扩张法及其他新型疗法。此外对于顽固性冻结肩采用麻醉下手法松解或关节镜下囊膜松解等手术疗法也取得了令人满意的效果。但一些研究也指出了部分治疗方式中存在的问题和争议。……
