摘 要：“互联网+”背景下，我们将迎来信息化时代，在这时代中，社会发展带动人们意识的转变，注重自身能力结构的提升和发展。尤其是作为一线的教育人员，幼教在教育领域起着举足轻重的作用，为社会发展和国家建设提供人才资源和后备军。因此，在“互联网+”背景下，幼教应当正确认识自身在教育事业中的地位，促进自身能力结构调整与提升。

【Abstract】In the era of "Internet plus"，we will usher in the information age. In this era，social development drives people's consciousness change and pays attention to the upgrading and development of their own ability structure. Especially as the front-line educators，preschool education plays an important role in the field of education，providing human resources and reserve forces for social development and national construction. Therefore，under the background of "Internet plus"，preschool education should correctly understand its position in education and promote its structural adjustment and upgrading.

现如今，互联网已成为人们生活的一部分，为人们提供丰富的信息资源。在信息化成为大趋势下，人才能力结构的提升成为人们极为关注的焦点。作为教育行业的基础人员，幼教担任着发展人才的重要角色。但结合现状，幼教在教学角色认知方面存在不足，师资能力结构需与“互联网+”背景相融合，实现幼教能力结构的调整与提升。因此，本文将围绕“互联网+”背景下，应当如何正确认识幼教师资能力层次及提升幼教师资能力结构。

1.“互联网+”背景下幼教教学角色认知

至今以来，教师的职能便是“教书育人”，但随着时代发展，人们对于教师在教学阶段中的内涵在不断发展。现如今。“互联网+”背景下，教育背景较落后的教师对信息化时代存在误解，认为信息和科技的加入会影响教学。但更多的是，人们开始意识到在这一背景下，教师，尤其是作为学生们教学阶段的启蒙老师—幼教应当清楚认识到信息化时代下，幼教角色的正确认知。……
