摘 要：听力教学是初中英语教学的重要组成部分，也是学生英语综合素养的重要组成部分。但由于应试教育的长期影响，“哑巴英语”式的教学存在，导致大部分初中学生的英语听力能力发展不佳，初中英语教师的英语听力教学也出现重重问题。为有效提高初中英语听力教学的效率，让学生在听英语中由感性认知转变为理性认识，深化英语学习效果。初中英语教师就必须正确认识初中英语听力教学现状，针对教学问题，采取有效策略，实施英语听力教学改革。

【Abstract】Listening teaching is not only an important part of English teaching in junior middle school，but also an important part of students'comprehensive English attainments.However，due to the long-term influence of examination-oriented education，the existence of "Dumb English" teaching leads to the poor development of English listening ability of most junior middle school students.In order to improve the efficiency of English listening teaching in junior middle school，the students should change from perceptual cognition to rational cognition in listening so as to deepen their English learning.Therefore，English teachers in junior middle schools must have a correct understanding of the current situation of English listening teaching in junior middle schools，adopt effective strategies and carry out the reform of English listening teaching.

1.充分利用课堂时间，系统训练学生听力

（1）全英授课，培养学生英语语感

初中英语学生已经具备了一定的英语基础，能够听懂一些简单的英语语句。为了培养其英语语感，支撑学生的听力能力发展，弱化母语对学生英语听力的影响。教师就要在开展英语教学时尽量采用英语进行授课，充分发挥教师的主导地位，为学生建立一个英语为主的英语课堂环境，让学生在最大限度接受英语的同时，用英语思考、用英语提问、用英语回答，从这一角度促进学生英语听力的良性发展。

如在英语课堂上，教师可以仿照英语听力的提问方式来指导教学，进行提问。

在学生进行英语阅读的过程中，教师可以提问“Whats the key word in these questions？”;在學生回答后，教师进行鼓励时，可用“The answer is very good，it is worth praising”等。

（2）立足教材，开展对应听力训练

教师应当合理的利用初中英语课堂的英语教材来进行学生语言能力的训练，通过英语课堂，达到学生听力能力发展的最终目的。……
