摘 要：“爱满天下”是著名教育家陶行知毕生追求的教育真谛，“热爱每一个学生”是陶行知先生一生履行的人生格言。他的思想及精神为我们打开了教育教学的新局面和新视野。“爱满天下”是陶行知先生一生恪守的格言，他在论著中多次强调师爱在教育中的作用。作为教师要有奉献精神，要善于倾听孩子的心声，做孩子的赏识者，平等的合作者，在德育教学及班主任工作中，渗透爱的教育。教师的爱能感化学生，教育学生，更是学生成长的温暖港湾。

【Abstract】"Love all over the world" is the true meaning of education pursued by Tao Xingzhi all his life，and "loving every student" is his life motto. His thought and spirit opened up a new situation and new vision of education and teaching for us. "Love all over the world" is a motto that Mr. Tao Xingzhi abides by in his whole life. In his works，he emphasized the role of teachers' love in education. As a teacher，we should have the spirit of dedication，be good at listening to the voice of children，be the appreciative and equal cooperator of children，and infiltrate the education of love in the moral education teaching and the work of class teacher. Teachers' love can influence and educate students，and it is also a warm harbor for students' growth.

师爱是陶行知先生把一生献给教育事业的不竭动力，也是我们教师职业道德的灵魂与核心。陶行知先生曾说：“我们深信如果全国教师对于儿童教育都有‘鞠躬尽瘁死而后已的决心，必能为我们民族创造一个伟大的新生命。”小学阶段德育工作正是把爱融入教育中的方法。德育工作的有效开展对小学生的身心发展、思想品德和道德素养的培养有着特殊的意义。小学班主任是德育教育工作中重要的参与者，因此小学班主任要首先做好准备工作，既全面掌握班级的班风以及学生的情况。其次，根据班级的情况探索适合本班级孩子的德育教学工作，不能“一刀切”，要做到“专人专待”，这样才能将德育工作深深地渗透到教学工作中。学生在这样独特的德育艺术教育下，学生就能身心健康的成长，人生观、价值观和道德观三观的正确形成。……
