【摘    要】义务教育背景下，初中生不但要掌握科学知识，还要进行心理健康教育的学习，以促进心理健康发展。本文结合初中生心理健康教育的发展现状，对在中学道德与法治教学中渗透心理健康教育的必要性做了简要阐述，并提出了多元化的教学方法，以期转变传统的教育教学观，丰富心理教学的内容和形式，使教学过程丰富多彩。

An Analysis of the Effectiveness of Permeating Mental Health Education in the Teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in Junior High Schools

【Abstract】Under the background of compulsory education， junior high school students should not only master scientific knowledge， but also carry out mental health education to promote the development of mental health.Based on the current development of mental health education for junior high school students， this article briefly elaborates the necessity of infiltrating mental health education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high schools， and proposes diversified teaching methods in order to change the traditional view of education and teaching and enrich the psychology The content and form of teaching make the teaching process rich and colorful.

一、中学道德与法治课教学中渗透心理健康教育的发展现状

目前很多教师已经认识到心理健康教育的重要性，并希望通过心理健康教育来提高教学水平，但是在实施阶段还存在一定的不足，主要表现为以下几点。

（一）教学观念落后

教师在教学理念没能及时更新，影响了教学活动的开展，但是传统的中学道德与法治课教学以知识、技巧教学为主，将学生的思维限制在课堂上，难以培养学生的创新精神，中学道德与法治課教学中渗透心理健康教育的效果并不理想。同时部分教师在中学道德与法治课教学渗透心理健康教育中过于关注思想政治立场，最终造成教学方向偏移，不利于教学目标实现。

（二）教学内容问题

在中学道德与法治课教学渗透心理健康教育期间，部分教师的教学内容枯燥乏味，因此心理健康教育渗透效果不理想，学生参与课堂的积极性差。例如，部分教师并不了解学生的兴趣爱好，所设计的教学内容缺乏针对性，因此学生参与学习的积极性不高，心理健康教育无法取得预期效果，甚至有的学生出现厌学情绪。……
