【摘    要】沟通是人与人交往的基础，也是一门艺术。班级管理工作中涉及师生交往，班主任必须运用沟通艺术，这有利于和谐师生关系的构建，还有利于挖掘学生潜能、促进学生身心健康发展。基于此，一些班主任针对班级管理工作中如何有效运用沟通艺术展开研究，总结出一系列的方法与技巧，如遵循师生平等与以生为本的沟通原则、扮演好倾听者角色、选择合适的沟通平台、因材施教使用沟通技巧、有诀窍地批评学生等，文章对此进行论述。

【Abstract】 Communication is the basis of interpersonal communication， and it is also an art. Class management involves teacher-student interactions， and the head teacher must use the art of communication， which is conducive to the construction of a harmonious teacher-student relationship， and is also conducive to tapping students' potential and promoting the development of students' physical and mental health. Based on this， some class teachers conducted research on how to effectively use communication art in class management， and summarized a series of methods and skills， such as following the principles of teacher-student equality and student-oriented communication， playing the role of listener， and choosing appropriate This article discusses communication platforms， teaching students in accordance with their aptitude， using communication skills， and knowing how to criticize students.

一、班级管理工作中应用沟通艺术的重要性

在传统的小学班级管理工作中，班主任使用的管理方式相对单一直接，与学生之间的沟通几乎以命令为主。运用这样的沟通方式与管理手段，虽然能够对学生起到一定的约束作用，但同时也一定程度地破坏师生之间和谐关系，学生对班主任产生畏惧心理。而沟通艺术的运用能够突破管理瓶颈，促进管理水平的提升，其优势主要体现在以下几个方面：

第一，有利于和谐师生关系的构建。在管理工作中运用沟通艺术，可以增进师生言语上的交集，打破传统管理工作中一味“传”与“受”的局面，这样既能增强交流的趣味性，又能让师生之间的和谐关系更加和谐、稳固。

第二，有利于挖掘学生潜能。在班级管理工作中，班主任合理运用沟通艺术，能够了解学生内心最真实的想法，不仅掌握他们的思想动态、学习需求，而且了解他们的性格特点、兴趣爱好等，在这个基础上对学生因材施教，引导学生朝着适合自己的方向发展，从而挖掘他们的潜力，此外还能促进学生个性化发展。……
