【摘  要】以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神为指导，紧紧围绕全面提高高校人才培养能力，更好地服务师生读者，不断推动思想政治工作守正创新。论文以图书馆职工作为调查对象，了解职工的思想动态，针对出现的问题提出对策及介绍三峡大学图书馆的管理实践探索。

【Abstract】Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC， focusing on improving the ability of cultivating talents in colleges and universities， serving the students and teachers better， constantly promoting the ideological and political work to keep position and innovation. This paper takes the library staff as the investigation object， understands the staff's thought dynamics， puts forward the countermeasures against the existing problems and introduces the management practice exploration of the library of China Three Gorges University.

1 引言

思想政治工作是激发广大教职工的工作热情和爱岗敬业精神的有力保证，也是提高管理水平的最佳途径。2016年12月，习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上多次强调，“办好我国高校，办出世界一流大学，必须牢牢抓住全面提高人才培养能力这个核心点，并以此来带动高校其他工作”[1]。同时，他认为高校思想政治工作直接關系着高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题。进入新时代，必须以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神为指导，紧紧围绕全面提高高校人才培养能力，更好地服务高校图书馆的师生读者，服务学校人才培养和“双一流”高校建设，来推动思想政治工作守正创新，促进图书馆职工不断更新服务理念，提升岗位服务技能。

2 调查的对象及结果分析

2.1 调查对象

为了全面、客观、准确地了解和掌握职工目前思想状况，有的放矢地做好职工的思想政治工作，论文抽取某图书馆职工为调查对象，实行问卷调查的形式了解他们的思想现状和对管理工作的满意程度。……
