【摘  要】当前，钢结构防火涂料在建筑施工过程中应用广泛。随着人们对于绿色节能的日益重视，钢结构防火涂料的环保性能值得关注。目前，涂料产品最重要的环保指标为涂料的VOC值。基于此，实验选取市面上5种溶剂型钢结构防火涂料进行测试分析，分析这5种涂料的VOC值。经检测，所选取涂料样品的VOC值分别为：312g/L、205g/L、422g/L、440g/L、389g/L。

【Abstract】At present， the fire-retardant coatings for steel structures are widely used in the construction process of buildings. As people pay more and more attention to green and energy saving， the environmental protection performance of fire-retardant coatings for steel structures is worthy of attention. At present， the most important environmental protection index of coatings is the VOC values of coatings. Based on this， the experiment selects 5 kinds of solvent-based fire-retardant coatings for steel structures on the market for testing and analysis， and analyzes the VOC values of these 5 coatings. After testing， the VOC values of the samples of selected coatings were： 312g/L， 205g/L， 422g/L， 440g/L， 389g/L， respectively.

1 引言

当前，钢结构广泛应用于各类建筑中。虽然钢材本身是难燃材料，但钢材在高温下力学性能会发生变化。无防火保护措施的钢构件，在高温条件下，强度会大大降低，从而失去支撑能力导致建筑物垮塌。历史上，曾出现多起火灾中钢结构的垮塌事故。2005年主体为钢结构的建筑32层高的西班牙马德里Windsor大厦整幢建筑在火灾中完全破坏，上部10多层完全坍塌;2006年布鲁塞尔国际机场一个飞机维修库烧毁倒塌，损失达数十亿欧元;2013年杭州市萧山区友成机工有限公司仓库发生火灾，钢结构整体倒塌。最著名当属2001年“9·11”事故中坍塌的纽约双子塔，该起大家耳熟能详的事故同样是由于钢结构在火灾中力学性能失效导致大楼垮塌而造成。

钢结构的火灾问题如此突出，钢结构防火的方法很多。例如，在钢结构表面喷涂防火涂料，在施工过程中充水，在建筑材料中掺杂一些防火材料。在这些方法当中，喷涂防火涂料最为便捷，并且其成本较低，所以其应用最为广泛。据统计，我国目前钢结构防火涂料的年销量达数万吨。……
