【摘  要】为了使机动车在工作过程中，刹车稳定、可靠、敏捷，论文对某种型号机动车的手动式刹车机构进行了改进设计，应用后达到了刹车稳定、可靠、敏捷的目的，同时，延长了机构的使用寿命，减少了不安全的因素，保障了人们的财产及生命安全。目前，该种型号的机动车已销往国内外，得到用户认可，提高了企业的社会声誉，创造了很高的经济效益，该机构具有极高的实用性及推广价值。

【Abstract】In order to make the brake of motor vehicle stable， reliable and agile during the working process， this paper improves the design of the hand brake mechanism of a certain type of motor vehicle. After the application， it achieves the purpose of stable， reliable and agile brake. At the same time， it extends the service life of the mechanism， reduces unsafe factors， and ensures people's property and life safety. At present， this type of motor vehicle has been sold at home and abroad， and has been recognized by users， which improves the social reputation of the enterprise and creates high economic benefits. This mechanism has high practicability and promotion value.

1 引言

随着经济社会的迅猛发展，人们的日常工作、生活环境得到前所未有的改善，使用的机动车辆（乘用汽车、专用汽车、商用汽车、摩托车、挖掘机、推土机等统称为机动车辆）数量越来越多，而机动车辆在使用过程中，都是在承载情况下，由操作者驾驶工作，它虽然能减少体力劳动、提高工作效率、为工作和生活提供便利，但在工作行驶中也存在着不安全的因素。因此，机动车辆工作过程中的安全行驶、制动就成为设计、制造、使用者必须考虑的首要问题之一。本文对目前矿山运输中使用的矿用机动车的手动式刹车装置进行了安全性分析，发现无论是进口的还是国产的均存在着不安全的因素。

手动式刹车机构是机动车辆必须配制的安全机构，其作用是在刹车时，使机动车辆能准确、稳定地停止在所要求的位置，以方便工作及避免产生安全事故。手动刹车机构包括两个部分：手刹机构和手刹开关。……
