【摘  要】电气设备普遍应用于人们的日常生活和工作，长期的使用过程和生活环境是造成电气设备故障问题出现的主要因素，故障严重则导致电气设备无法运行，同时，为企业生产带来巨大损失。由此可见，电气设备故障的排查、检修在延长设备使用寿命和保障其正常运行工作方面发挥重要作用。论文对电气设备常见的故障问题进行探究，并制定了相关应对措施和及时排除故障的技巧，为设备利用率和安全性的提高奠定了基础。

【Abstract】Electrical equipment is widely used in people's daily life and work. The long-term use process and living environment are the main factors that cause the appearance of faults and problems of electrical equipment. When the fault is serious， the electrical equipment cannot be operated， and at the same time， it brings huge losses to the production of enterprises. It can be seen that the inspection and maintenance of faults in electrical equipment play an important role in extending the service life of the equipment and ensuring its normal operation and work. This paper explores the common faults and problems of electrical equipment， and formulates relevant countermeasures and skills for timely troubleshooting， which lays the foundation for the improvement of equipment utilization and safety.

1 引言

近年来，信息技术的发展，促使电气设备种类逐渐增多，而电气故障问题也变得愈加复杂，无形中为电气检查和维修工作带来一定难度。电气设备故障排除工作在企业生产和人们的工作生活中是非常重要的，尤其是针对长时间使用且环境恶劣，且未定期检修的情况，这是导致故障发生的重要原因。尤其是在企业生产中，一旦有电气设备故障的出现，首先要对其故障位置进行确定，然后在不影响生产的情况下，针对性地采取应对措施，及时解决故障问题，恢复生产工作。为了使电气设备故障的损失率得到有效控制，需将电气故障维修原则与科学排除方法相结合，在提升故障检测效率的同时，利用最短的时间将问题设备排除在外。
