【摘  要】在我国经济发展的过程中，中小微制造企业对我国经济发展作出了重大的贡献，所以需要对此种类型企业给予高度关注，帮助企业健康成长，不断设计可行的成长与发展模式，使得中小微制造企业能够突破自身的瓶颈，取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。论文针对中小微制造企业，阐述其重要性以及特点，分析制约其成长与发展的各种因素，提出促进其成长与发展的模式。

【Abstract】In the process of China's economic development， small， medium and micro manufacturing enterprises have made great contributions to China's economic development， so we need to pay close attention to this type of enterprises， help them grow healthily， and constantly design feasible growth and development mode， so that small， medium and micro manufacturing enterprises can break through their own bottlenecks and achieve better economic and social benefits. This paper expounds the importance and characteristics of small， medium and micro manufacturing enterprises， analyzes various factors restricting their growth and development， and puts forward the mode of promoting their growth and development.

1 引言

近年来，中小微制造企业面临生产原材料价格不断上涨、劳动力成本不断提升以及融资贵、融资难等问题，使得中小微制造企业生存压力剧增，成长与发展受到限制。因中小微制造企业在国民经济中有着重要地位和作用，所以研究其成长与发展模式构建具有必要性和现实意义。

2 中小微制造企业的重要性

一是推动国民经济发展，是市场经济的重要组成部分，成为促进社会稳定的基础力量。特别是当前，国内经济面临下行压力，中小微制造企业在确保国民经济稳定增长、确保税收来源、优化经济结构、增加就业机会等方面，均发挥着越来越重要的作用。

二是中小微制造企业是实体经济的重要组成部分。实体经济的发展关系到国家经济安全，是一国经济的立身之本，是国家财富的重要来源。发展实体经济能够防止经济发展出现脱实向虚的倾向，有利于深入贯彻落实国家新发展理念，推动经济高质量发展。……
