摘  要 在消费者导向评价模式理论的指导下，遵循系统性、科学性、可操作性和以学生为本的原则，构建以学生为评价主体的创业课程教学评价体系，该评价体系的第一层有两个维度，第二层有四个指标，第三层是20个观测点，具有较高的信度和效度。通过对综合指数的定量分析发现，大学生对创业课程教学的综合评价一般，高校创业课程教学在教学组织、教学内容、教学实践、教学效果等方面都还有很大的提升空间。

Research on Construction and Application of Teaching Evalua-tion System of Entrepreneurship Education in Universities//XIE Yongfei， FU Xiaoguang， TANG Zequn

Abstract Under the guidance of the theory of consumer oriented evaluation model， following the principles of systematicness， scien-tificity， operability and student-centered， this paper constructs the teaching evaluation system of entrepreneurship course with students as the evaluation subject. The first layer of the evaluation system has two dimensions， the second layer has four indicators， and the third layer has 20 observation points. The evaluation system has high relia-bility and validity. Through the quantitative analysis of the compre-hensive index， it is found that university students’ comprehensive evaluation of entrepreneurship course teaching is general， and there is still a lot of space for improvement in teaching organization， tea-ching content， teaching practice and teaching effect.

0  引言

西方國家高校的创新创业教育早在20世纪70年代就已经开始[1]。我国高校的创新创业教育始于20世纪90年代[2]。2002年，教育部在全国九所院校进行创业教育试点，并举办创业教育骨干教师培训班，这标志着中国大学生创业教育的正式开始[3]。2010年，教育部转发的《关于大力推进高等学校创新创业教育和大学生自主创业工作的意见》指出，应统筹做好高校创新创业教育的开展、高校创业基地建设。2012年，教育部印发《普通本科学校创业教育教学基本要求（试行）》，要求“把创业教育融入人才培养体系，贯穿人才培养全过程，面向全体学生广泛、系统开展;并在课程、师资、实践平台、政策扶持等方面作出指导建议”。2015年，国务院办公厅发布《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》，要求“把创新创业教育纳入高校教育教学评估指标体系和学科评估指标体系”“深化高校创新教育与创业教育改革”，这对提升创新创业教育质量具有重要的促进作用。……
