摘要为了面向国家发展，服务国家需求，中石大致力于建设海洋油气工程特色思想政治教育课程。本文以建设海工特色思想政治教育课程的目的为切入点，深入探讨与分析海工特色思想政治教育课程中可挖掘的思想政治元素。同时将介绍在建设具有海洋油气工程学科特色的思想政治教育课程过程中如何结合学科人才培养目标，通过把握一个根本、用好两只抓手、落实三全育人、依托N门课程等教学方法，来实现加快学科创新发展、提升人才培养质量、助力海洋强国的目的。

Ideological and Political Education of Marine Engineering Characteristic Course Facing the Needs of National Development and Service

AbstractIn order to face the national development and serve the national needs， China stone has made great efforts to build the characteristic ideological and political education curriculum of offshore oil and gas engineering. Based on the purpose of constructing the ideological and political education curriculum with marine engineering characteristics， this paper deeply discusses and analyzes the ideological and political elements that can be excavated in the ideological and political education curriculum with marine engineering characteristics. At the same time， it will introduce how to combine the discipline talent training objectives in the process of building the ideological and political education curriculum with the discipline characteristics of marine oil and gas engineering， and realize the purpose of accelerating the innovation and development of disciplines， improving the quality of talent training and helping the marine power by grasping one fundamental， making good use of two hands， implementing the three complete education， relying on N courses and other teaching methods.

“課程思政”是坚定不移地朝向社会主义方向办学的重要途径，2019年，习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会议上提出，“要用好课堂教学这个主渠道，各类课程都要与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应。”同年，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于深化新时代学校思想政治理论课改革创新的若干意见》，提出要“建成一批课程思政示范高校，推出一批课程思政示范课程，选树一批课程思政教学名师和团队，建设一批高校课程思政教学研究示范中心”。伴随着“大思政”概念的提出及“隐性思想政治教育”理念的持续推进，“课程思政”的观念在高校教育中的发展日新月著。但从现有的“课程思政”的研究与实践成果看来，尚未形成可以临摹、可推广实施的方案，“一体化、标签化显性化、功利化”等突出问题亟待解决。……
