摘要结合体育保健学的课程特点，考虑体育生的学习能力，依据BOPPPS教学模型，借助超星学习通APP，从课前、课中和课后三方面入手构建线上线下的体育保健学的混合教学模式的具体实施方法。实践表明，基于超星学习通的混合式教学模式实现了线上和线下师生互动、生生互动交流，有效提升了学生的思维能力和实践操作能力，解决了体育生上理论课爱玩手机的难题，提高了课程的教学质量和教学效果。

Research on Blended Teaching Based on Superstar Learning APP in the Course of Sport Hygiene

AbstractThis paper constructs the blended teaching mode based on superstar learning app in the course of sports hygiene from three aspects of pre class， in class and after class， combined with the characteristics of sports hygiene， the learning ability of sports students and BOPPPS teaching model. The practice shows that the blended teaching mode has realized the online and offline interaction between teachers and students， students and students， effectively improved the students’ thinking ability and practical operation ability， solved the problem that sports students love to play with mobile phones in theoretical classes， and improved the teaching quality and teaching effect of the course.

0前言

随着信息技术的发展，移动通讯和5G技术的普及，传统的教学模式越来越不能满足现代化教育的要求。当前，传统教学模式虽然引入了各种多媒体技术，但传统的“满堂灌”仍没有摆脱，师生之间缺乏互动，教学效果无法及时反馈的问题。互联网+教育这种新的教学模式兴起，弥补了传统教学模式的不足，使学生的学习不再局限于课堂内，利用移动互联网可以随时随地的学习，在此基础发展成为以学生为中心的线上+线下的混合式教学模式。教育部也利用认定1万门国家级和1万门省级的一流线上线下精品课程的“双万计划”来推动线上课程的建设和发展。[1]

混合式教学是传统教学（Face to Face）与网络化教学（E-Learning）优势互补的一种教学模式，综合了线上教学的便捷性、个性化与线下教学互动性、生动性，是提高高校本科教学质量的重要手段之一，也是高校教学改革的一个重要研究方向。……
