摘要煤炭是我国的主体能源，在国家经济发展中起到重要作用。培养高质量的新型专业人才对区域行业发展有着重要的作用。面对毕业生对毕业设计环节的主动性不高的问题现状，结合学院实际情况，采取包括学业导师制建立、毕业设计内容灵活性调整、毕业设计与前期教学环节的有机结合、多种形式的灵活指导方式等系列举措，激发学生对毕业设计的重视程度、责任感和信心，同时通过毕业设计的创新环节设置激发学生的兴趣和培养创新能力。

On the Measures to Improve the Initiative of Mining Engineering Graduates in the Process of Graduation Design

AbstractCoal is the main energy in China and plays an important role in national economic development. Training high-quality new professionals plays an important role in the development of regional industries. In the face of the current situation that the initiative of graduates in graduation design is not very high， combination with the actual situation of the college， we take a series of measures including the establishment of academic tutorial system， organic combinationofgraduation design andearlystage learning， various forms offlexible guidanceandsoon， forstimulating students’ attention， sense of responsibility and confidence in graduation design. Meanwhile， it can stimulate students’ interest and cultivate innovative ability through the innovation parts of graduation design.

0前言

煤炭仍然是我國的支撑能源，特别是在我国工业化和城镇化快速发展的阶段，国家对能源需求潜能仍然巨大。随着中东部煤炭资源的逐步枯竭，内蒙古自治区已经成为我国的最大产煤省份，促成对煤炭专业人才的需求量逐年攀升。采矿工程专业毕业生的质量好坏对自治区煤炭产业健康稳定发展起到非常重要的作用。特别是煤炭开发产业正快速向智能化和绿色化方向转型，具有一定适应新发展方向的专业人才培养显得尤为重要。本科生的毕业设计是深化基础课、专业课理解的重要手段，是采矿工程专业人才培养的重要环节。对于如何提高毕业设计质量，我国学者进行了很多探索。[1，2]中国矿业大学（北京）采矿工程专业，采用本科生导师制的形式，对本科生四年的学习进行……
